EU laws are ridiculous, Erdogan is a nasty despot and Trump is still a clown. Not sure how connected though?
By trade war. But in my context, in polite society over here if you start frothing and foaming at the mouth at the mere mention of President Trump you get a pat on the back. Comparisons to Hitler doubly so.

Thoughts on the Cohen plea and Manafort verdict? I think Mueller is trying to save face, but Dems are rejoicing.

There has not been an ounce of collusion which was the original reason this whole mess started.

I mean this is nothing. If we are going to indict people on tax invasion/bank fraud, the whole congress could probably be indicted.

Al Sharpton is still free and roaming around.

Some poor shmuck out there donated money to the election campaign, honestly believing Trump wanted to drain the swamp. That money was used, illegally, to pay hush money to porn actors and strippers.

I completely understand a number of reasons people who voted for Trump voted for Trump. The drain the swamp / he’s different from politicians one baffles me (this is different, though related, from the establishment needs to be shaken up, which is a very legitimate reason to want to vote for him).

He’s just like all other politicians where it counts. His primary concerns are power and winning; everything else takes a backseat. This was obvious from the get go. I don’t think there is a politician above the municipal level where this isn’t true, and the higher up you go, the truer it is.

Politicians are filth. Trump fits right in.

https://www.nytimes.com/2018/08/27/us/politics/us-mexico-nafta-deal.html

"'They used to call it Nafta,' Mr. Trump said. 'We’re going to call it the United States Mexico Trade Agreement,' adding that the term Nafta had 'a bad connotation' for the United States, which he said had been taken advantage of by the trade deal."

Mexico and Canada fall for the President's trick of negotiating and conceding one by one.

Outrageous behaviour at the Kavanaugh hearing. Does the resistance truly believe these hysterics will turn the tide for the Dems? I can not help but shake my head at my own cohort who are useful millennial idiots. It sounded like they emptied a mental hospital.

Also, how the hell is Feinstein able to even participate in Congress with this Chinese spy-driver of hers? Gutless Rinos I guess.

Someone needs to get a grip, as all the Democrats will soon have left is a platform of ''Fuck Trump!'' with a frenzied left wing mob of Antifa types and economic illiterate socialists looking to rip up your constitution and turn the US into Venezuela Part III, just after Corbyn's mob have delivered the Part II to the UK.
