Why? Because these would be awesome to put on first thing in the morning and at night during the winter months. So warm and soft and cozy. These type of luxuries make all the difference to the quality of life one lives.

+ sea island cotton undershirts because Sunspel makes the most luxurious undershirts. Luxury for the skin!!!

I am definitely going to get some tattersall shirts and knitted brown ties so l can start channeling my inner Richard Bucket. I've got all the clothes including the lighter brown flannel trousers and dark brown shoes and an assortment of coloured cashmere cardigans to pull off old man English style with flying colours, but all l need is the right ties and shirts. Sometimes it will be good to do the look for a change.

I also want to get some dark brown tweed trousers, made for braces of course.

I also want to start doing bow ties.

An unlikely fashion icon. Hen pecked husband style.

Richard wears standard department store gear. Not tweed trousers with braces.

Great look shooey. I’m also a big fan of Hyacinth. Can totally see Rambo sporting some of her signature fits.

Richard wears classic menwear that is not really seen anymore. Few men would even have the guts to wear such a look anymore. I love the look...it's homely, it's manly, it's classic, it creates a look of trust, it's not slick, it's non intimidating and it's non threatening. It's a really smart down to earth look.

I don't like the sea of uniforms that are blue and gray suits. I like country tweeds and cravats and the more unusual looks, so naturally the Richard Bucket look was going to come out as l got older.

His cardigans are not the best ones, some don't fit around the neck well and are too long and not shapely enough.

I definitely need the high waisted trousers with braces these days. And l am going to do the bowties and boutonnieres so l can really embrace menswear. These are the best boutonnieres I have seen.

Definitely want tweed trousers, they will make a statement. And definitely want dark brown trousers, that will set one apart from his peers.

A gray suit or a dark brown suit? Give me a dark brown suit thanks. I am that type of guy, and i'd even break the rules and wear it with dark brown shoos, and i'd love every bit of it.

Shooman,
Onslow would be the easier option. Singlet would work well in Australia.

At least you have not followed up on the watch thing. That would really rob you blind. FXH Timex is more cost effective.

Oh yeah, there are enough Onslows in Oz...plenty of old fat blokes in singlets.

Exactly, for me, the buying of a more costly watch would be dumb because l am not into such things. For me a watch from the local gas station will do. Actually, l am going to visit the place fxh fxh told me about and get a pocket watch. Don't like wearing watches on my arm.

That bloke has gone from that shop - I meant to drop in and ask about where he has gone

Tempting, but after serious thought I decided last week to forgo some nice clothing luxuries and put the money towards Berluti bespoke shoos. I asked myself what l really want more than anything else, and without doubt it is Berluti bespoke. I've wanted French bespoke for years with a fancy patina, but travelling o/s to get a pair with fittings would have cost over 25K by the time a pair was made for me. Too costly for a pair of shoes, but if they come to Oz this magnificent opportunity is going to be too hard to pass up.

I want the best, so l want to go Berluti. Delos, Patrick Rock and all the big boys work there. I want the best shoo possible.

Berluti bespoke is the ultimate dream. One just has to pay whatever it takes to make the dream come true. It's John Lobb Paris prices, but when you are hopelessly in love, YOU DO IT!!!!! Berluti bespoke actually keeps me awake at night...wayyy too exciting.
