What are your favourite cocktails? Unless you enjoy asking the guy behind the bar for a blowjob or sex on the beach. I enjoy the following: Daiquiri, Margarita, Negroni, Americano, and Vesper. I don't mind a Pimms Cup and who doesn't like a Pornstar Martini. I actually like a Cosmopolitan but my girlfriend says they are too girly..

I do like to be in a good American bar where they know how to make proper cocktails before dinner.

Negroni and Vesper martinis are always good.

Americano is refreshing and not too alcoholic. Black Russian and Dark & Stormy, plus gin and tonic.

Cocktail Hour, very hit and miss.

Long time ago I used to enjoy cocktails before I became an almost exclusively wine drinker. My favourites are the classic Margarita, Daiquiri, Negroni, White Lady and Sidecar.

In an emergency, I would break them out. Those ready mixed canned drinks always seem to disappoint, probably too little alcohol compared to what you would mix at home.

I still like a G&T before dinner, white wine is good for an aperitif with water or as a spritzer.

i tended bar for damn near a decade and had to look this one up. had never even heard of Singani before.
It is like Pisco but from the Tarija region of Bolivia. You can get Steven Soderbergh’s Singani 63 in the US.

I don’t drink spirits at home, but I quite like a whiskey sour or negroni when I’m travelling. And of course margaritas are ubiquitous around here.

My favourite is Horse's Neck.

I also love Sidecar (both with bourbon and brandy), Fitzgerald, and a well-made Cuba Libre.
