What do you meth heads use to brew your brew? I've been using this Bonavita for a little while now:

Amazon product ASIN B00C0NZWT4
And its been great. I had a Clever before but the fucking thing broke on me, which they apparently do.

Getting grind and water amounts down is really coffee specific. I'd been using the Guatemalan from Costco and it was great. Then I tried out a Jamaican Blue Mountain and it tastes like dogshit.

Regular old John Wayne coffee machine over here. (snicker) French press. Did it come with a free flower arrangement?

To the OP: it all seems to taste about the same to me, no matter what Peruvian blue mountain beans get mixed in. Or those butt beans from monkey shit. I can't tell much of a difference between coffees so I just buy the $4.99 stuff from T Joes.

Some black plastic drip thing. At the studio we have full diner-style commercial stainless steel drip plastic things.

We have one of those at the office, but I don't usually use it, have a Nespresso up in my office that's nice and easy.

Home I have a press.

Nespresso is great and you can't beat the convenience. Their ever increasing prices are a concern though. I haven't touched my Citiz in a while now as I've switched to coffee for regular drinking whereas I used to make Americanos.

Exactly, it's such a breeze at work. Price still isn't bad, .50 or .60 a cup depending on what you get, which is still like less than half what a cup of 7/11 costs.

If nespresso is one of those k-cup thingys then fuck nespresso... its a scheme like printer ink

Fuck Keurig. I have met Mr Nespresso Keurig, and you sir are no Nespresso.

Unless you are drinking Folgers it isn't more expensive, but to each his own.

That's impossible. A can of $4.99 trader joes makes like 60 cups of coffee at least. That's like 9 cents a cup.

Those capsules are like 75 cents each, 8x more.

Folgers, Trader Joes, whatever, it's cheap coffee. Nothing wrong with it and I'll happily partake, but good coffee is usually about 1.00 an ounce or so, which is about .50 a cup. Same as a Nespresso capsule.

John Wayne says $4.99 T Joes ain't no Folgers. The most expensive T Joes stuff is prly $8.99. I can't tell the difference.

And I don't recall ever hearing that nespresso was some world beating coffee.

No, just you.

Which varieties of TJ coffee do you like? I'm about to stop in there and will pick some up.

The $4.99 trader joes one... I think its called trader joes select or something. It's the cheapest one they have.

You kinda lose the right to name drop John Wayne when you start talking about Trader Joes. Nothing against TJ mind you, half my kitchen is stocked with Trader Jose's and Giatto.

Nonetheless, I'd put Nespresso coffee in the 75-80 percentile, some of their single origin even higher. Shit is pretty good. Plus like Rambo says, it's so dead simple. Pop in cap, push button, enjoy. Even ordering is great, got it saved to my account, just click and awesomeness is on it's way.

I use my executive assistant for that task. She grinds and drips. Then she makes coffee. But at $70K a year that is pretty expensive fucking coffee!

Seriously though. Home is Kuerig because I only drink coffee at home; only on weekends. She can bee her Starbuck's and she is happy.

I grind at work and use a Tim Horton's machine - much like a Bunn.

Honestly have been using McCafe lately. It ain't bad and it is pretty cheap. Bye bye grinder

I have the Nespresso machine and while their coffee is nice, I drink massive amounts of coffee. So I buy Mexican coffee, I like one blend that has coffe from Oaxaca, Chiapas and Veracruz. Oh... it's deliciuos. My morning cannot start without my cup of coffee.

That sounds delicious. Where do you buy that? Bet its not at Walmart. I gorged on coffee when I was in Oaxaca. Veracruz city wasn't much for coffee bars and the places that did serve coffee served the generic Mexican shit.

It is from a coffee shop like Starbucks named Cielito Querido Cafe. It's basically the same concept as Starbucks but created by Mexicans with all Mexican products.

Is that new? A chain like Starbucks? I never saw one of those when I was there.
