I purchased two Rains coats with 260SS Aug 16 during their Rains sale. One coat arrived a few days later. The second one has not shipped yet. I have contacted their customer service multiple times. The first time (3w ago) I was told they would look into it, and that sometimes orders can take 3 weeks to ship. I emailed them again 5 days ago requesting a refund and cancellation of my order if the item was unable to be located and no one answered my email.
I am wondering if anyone else has had similar issues with 260SS customer service in the past, as this is quite frustrating for a $100+ item.
