I guess we chronicle our laziness, lack of exercise and habits of overeating and junk food here.

I have bought more friggin chips in the past few weeks than in the year before that. I'm starting to give in with fast food and even get sodas. If I dine in, you bet I'm refilling that cup even if I don't particularly want more.

I was riding a bicycle almost every morning. It's been over a week since it has moved.

And I bought a jar of cake frosting which is never going on any cake. I had a big spoonful already...
 
Seriously, I had a follow-up medical visit today. Due to, uh, pants fitting tighter recently, I asked what the heck my weight was at my last visit. He said I'd dropped two and a half pounds since then. I think I had heavier footwear on, but otherwise am at a loss to explain this.
 
Been in and out of doctors' offices a lot over the past week. Normally had hovered around 195 for the last two years. Last weigh in = 207.5.

Sheesh.
 
After a week of eating on the road, I packed on just under five pounds in a week as well. I have no idea if it will come off anytime soon.
 
In an anti-fatness move, I ditched weights for the last month or so and have been doing hard cardio for an hour a day 4-5x a week. Nice to not feel like jigglin' around again.

Damn, so far nothing is shedding appreciably.

That's the mistake I made while bulking a few years ago. I ate anything and everything in sight and packed on the weight. Now I am trying to lean out without any supplements and the abdominal fat has become impossible to shed.

Yeah, here we mock ourselves, there we mock others...
Anyway, I have totally stopped the morning bicycle rides, my only real exercise, because I'm too lazy to pump air into the tires and it's cold out. Seeing how I'm upping alcohol consumption and eating worse and also at an age where the metabolism drops off, I'm going to need to make some changes.
 
A friend of mine is getting married tomorrow, I am not looking forward to the alcohol consumption that's going to happen. Might do a few hours of empty stomach cardio in the morning to justify the drinking.
 
I am teh fat, right now. Since doing reverse dieting I can't get my fat down and I'm getting a bit anxious. :(

Haven't found my ideal macros. Will need to start training with Kane Sumabat.

Also my trainings have been quicker. I'm finishing them in 30-40 mins. I got used to no rest a lot.

Well, when I was a clean eater I was in a diet in which I was eating very little amount of calories and couldn't burn more fat. So my metabolism was ruined. So by reverse dieting you activate your metabolism again so you need to consume more calories, increasing them weekly. I was eating back then 500g of carbs, 50g of fat and 200g of protein. Those are 3,250 calories. Of course you gain some muscle and fat.

Then I wanted to start cutting but haven't dialed in my cutting macros. Some say that I should be eating 2,700 cals to start loosing fat other say that something around 2,100. I need to hire a trainer to dial them macros for me. :(
 
Subscribed to this thread. 5.10 and 180 pounds. Trying to get rid of only 10pounds but is tough. Don't have the time to go running and all my workouts in they gym are very short: 30-40mts. It is going to pack muscle but not to lose weight. Not to me at least.

As for the food my wife is Asian., that means rice with every meal + my regular bread= full of carbs
 
Chicken Fingers and fries tonight. Yeah dawg.

Also, first time back in the weight room this week after over a month out due to testicular issues. 'Twas humbling.
 
Well, somebody at work brought in Christmas cookies. Bitch. They're not even that good, but try walking past them.:challengefailed:
