Grant Stone just released a line of chelsea boots. Full price is around $300 (varies a bit depending on color) but they have some on their 2nds page listed around $160 (again small differences between colors):

They have sizes 7D, 10D, 11D, and 12D in black calf for $165 (sorry, I snagged the 10.5D). Sizes 8D and 8.5D in earth for $159. GS generally runs about a half size large per their website, no reviews on the chelseas though since they're new so there is some risk as they're final sale.
There are lots of other items too but the Chelseas are new so pointing them out specifically.
