I have five right now, but only really wear two regularly. A couple are hand-me-downs I keep for sentimental reasons more than anything else. Might add one more soon.

And I’ve got five watches right now, but I mostly rotate between two. One of them is a gmt - master Pepsi replica I picked up a while ago, honestly, I just liked the look and didn’t want to drop big money on the original. Fits well and feels solid enough for daily wear. I know it's not the real deal, but it gets compliments all the same.

Where did you get that from?

I haven’t owned a replica watch since I was a teenager visiting Singapore for the first time, but I’ve followed a few Reddits. Seems the quality of the Chinese replicas can be excellent and very hard to distinguish from the originals. A bit of work knowing where to buy from and making sure you don’t get swindled though. My main hesitation is that (unsurprisingly) they mostly copy pretty the big sellers -!like the latest Rolexes and Omegas. I guess knocking off vintage brands and models wouldn’t be worth it, since the majority of buyers are in Asia and just looking for a status symbol.
