I thought it was Jimmy Russel, but turns out was someone else.

we're giving miscarried babies birth certificates now. apparently, that fact that 'birth' is literally in the name of the certificate, didn't really matter to anyone.

Man sits in jail when drywall powder is mistaken for cocaine
OVIEDO, Fla. (AP) — A Florida man spent 90 days in jail after police officers who stopped him for driving without headlights said white powder found in his car was cocaine.

But Karlos Cashe walked out of jail last week after lab results determined the powder in the handyman’s car was actually drywall.

Cashe tells WFTV he repeatedly told officers in Oviedo the substance was drywall. But after running a check they found he was on probation for marijuana and cocaine charges in 2015. Cashe says a K-9 alerted on his vehicle and an officer’s field test was positive for cocaine.

Court records show he was denied bond because he was accused of violating probation.

It took nearly three months for lab test results, which were negative for cocaine.

It is in a pretty weird area, by some chain hotels for business travellers. You wouldn't believe the clientele in this bar.

Two men shooting at an area used as an illegal shooting range accidentally kill a fisherman. It appears no charges will be laid.

What the...? What about negligent homicide? Involuntary manslaughter? Whatever it's called in Florida? You take your guns and blaze away into an area of trees beside an estuary, in an area where there are signs that say "no shooting" and you're not at fault?

I thought the first response would have been to set up costly security checkpoints at these events, and then possibly arm video gamers so they can defend themselves. After all if you are killing people in Call of Duty it's not a stretch to pull the trigger on an armed assailant is it?

^All jokes aside, she may have been choked by her partner ramming himself down her throat.

When do we see people clamouring for gun control laws? Oh wait, this ended up in the humour section of the papers.

^Isn't it basically a suburb of Miami and right next to the airport as well?
