Recover Windows Admin Password

As above, I don't remember my password cause I used my fingerprint to enter but I deleted the fingerprint recognition becuase I'm a returning the laptop, but I can't remember he written password.

How can I recover it without using the Windows CD or any other tool, cause I've been watching some videos and all use another program to enter.

Put the other program on a usb drive. I think that's the only way. There's actually a Windows Password Recovery tool.

Yeap, something like that. It usually asked me to change my password every month but since we moved out of the office it didn't asked anymore. Now I can't remember it.

To update this, I talked to the admin and told me that the domain no longer exists, dammit! So I have to enter with the Spare Key.

In where? They had made a mess with that stuff, they disappeared the domain and it was stupid that the IT guy decided to put my laptop in the domain. He told me to use the local account and create another one and forget about the one in th domain.
