    We are writing you on behalf of our business, The Libertine Bar and Kitchen. Please be advised that the situation involving Drew Keith and the issues surrounding outstanding TOJ orders has only recently come to our attention. We have used our best efforts to diligently and promptly forward all correspondence received through The Libertine Bar and Kitchen by way of Facebook and telephone directly to Mr. Keith and repeatedly implored him to take care of this matter through the appropriate channels. It appears however from reviewing this thread and the continued activity on our inbox and The Libertine Bar and Kitchen Facebook page that many of your inquiries remain unattended to by Mr. Keith. His poor handling of this matter has resulted in our removal of Mr.Keith from all operations at The Libertine Bar and Kitchen.



    While we are truly sorry, we appreciate your understanding that The Libertine Bar and Kitchen is a separately existing company having no connection to TOJ or any of Mr. Keith’s outside dealings.

Those with more than 2 grand outstanding are laughable. No reason to order more than one item from someone outside of this country with no standing brick and mortar store, and an unknown identity other than instagram/tumblr.

Even if they were called advertisers what needs to be done is make it clear to members that SF takes no responsibility for trainwrecks or clusterfucks until they are fully and completely developed and then and only then will SF wade in and suggest that - having been involved with many companies - that the fuckups should really employ sound business strategies like basic accounting, actually delivering product and not ripping customers off.

I wonder if someone would ask Charly if Drew was telling the truth about $1M in orders coming in after announcing closing of TOJ mtm orders. I mean if he managed to fulfill 80% of that (which seems really strange considering so many people with mid 2013 orders without jackets) then why would he crash and burn himself over the remaining 20%? If Drew were lying about the sales number then Charly would be complicit in the fraud ever since Drew made that post many months ago.
