It was a very good (but not great) speech. He sounded strong and lucid, though it was definitely not one for the history books.
I thought the line about Putin has to go still sounded a little coy. He could have posed the question to the Russian people: does this man represent you and is he who you want at the helm?

Not only older Russians do approve of the invasion of Ukraine, but Putin's approval ratings are so high the only way Biden could hope to get higher would be do to crack with his son. And it's not even sure he'd manage to do that since he seems to have trouble knowing which one of his sons is still alive.
