For those that aren't familiar with the show, the late, great comedian Patrice O'Neal started the show on Sirius XM radio after being on the Opie and Anthony show and continually ending up in talks about how bitches were awful and ruining men's lives. They dubbed him the 'Black' Phillip - a black version of Dr. Phil, since he was always giving out advice. The show lasted for 13 episodes over the course of 2 years (06-08) and turned into something that still is relevant to this day.
Personally, it changed my life once I found it. I was bored over the course of MANY cardio sessions, so I tried to transcribe/take notes on what he said. I'll post those along with the episode links from YouTube.
