This.
I found amazing how Neapolitan shirtmakes "laugh hard" as if they were like a conspiracy or like the mafia. They claim, no one can do a shirt as they do. I bet that there are thousands of chinese business that could copy a shirt like that and mass produce it. It's called business.
In fact there is one mexican tailor that studied at Kiton or with someone from there in Naples and could do a full hand mande shirt for less than 200 usd. How much would a Neapolitan full hand made shirt would cost? Difference? One is made where workmanship is cheaper than in the other place. Then again, business!
In my way of seeing it, Luxire is doing great business.
As i said and some as you didn´t understood, this high end shirts use fabrics over 170/2 or Carlo Riva, just the fabric itself cost close and in some cases far more to those 200 usd, ( vs normal to poor fabrics used by this run on the mill makers of even crapmani, Zegna or those mass brands ) then add the handwork, as Unluxire is made by machine, 15 minutes takes to do a shirt vs a full day or more of sewing by hand on a full sartorial shirt, even done slaves, would reach that cost.
And of course any of those has the skills to do a slim neapolitan fit, all do a bad imitation and poor to mediocre fit as the horrible imitation of the shoulder but having a wide joke, even Shirtwaven who has no idea about handwork or Neapolitan style( and he is even proud of it) said how bad was that attemp.
Sure all chinesse can copy a rtw shirt, as Zara does, just desewn the shirt, copy the pattern and voila.
But no one can offer a bespoke service as we do. Why do i have to waste my time explaining this things to people that even don´t understand what bespoke means? ( This happens mostly with English untailoring clienteleas my other ignored member here and clients of this poor imitation made in uknowkistan brands, or brand wh*res as Gianni clients, sorry to say)
In my way of seeing it, Unluxire is expensive joke that i/we use to laugh loud, both of his " shirts" and the terrible excuses their clientele gives to justify their poor budget ( nothing bad on it) but their low sartorial knowing.
