I don't see why any Arab neighbours would want to accept hundreds of thousands of Palestinians. Nobody compensates you for it. Look at what happened with Syrians who were supposed to be temporary refugees. They're still in Lebanon. They're still in Jordan. They're still in Turkey. (and everywhere else). They're not going home.

The whole Arab caste system is amusing at times. My old work mate is Armenian whose family went from Palestine to Syria. On his identity paper he is labeled as Palestinian which he said if he gets drafted in Syria he gets assigned the cannon fodder and mine clearing sections of the armed forces.
