What Are You Wearing Today?

Had on old jeans and a t-shirt with Trickers suede double soled monks.

why?

Busy doing man's work. Had the mower out, used the axe to chop stuff, used the chainsaw all day, and celebrated being a man. A real fairdunkum aussie male Sunday. No paying someone to do it like a weenie, we are old school men that do it all ourselves.

And a hat?

Yup, it’s an old one when they were still making them in the US
I've got one - with a bit more red I think. Not snap buttons.

How to do you wear it - as an outerwear overshirt or an underneath layer?

I find it hangs a bit funny if undone as a shacket type thing - due to wool getting a crease....

I wear it as a shirt

Shocking, I know. Never as an overshirt. The Pendleton western shirts are cut slim so they don’t do well at that. Their board shirts are cut boxier so I find they work better and they are cut to be worn not tucked in
My old Beach Boys shirt was a slim cut (really just a little tapered at the waist) and made in the US. I wore it as an untucked shirt, but it could work unbuttoned. The current version looks pretty boxy

I size down in the board shirt

Picked up the denim shirt by chance the other day at at H&M - good surprise @ only $20

I’d probably wear a pale pink or pale blue shirt but I like it otherwise. Of course, you know me and plaid!

Next time I‘ll try it - I have a pale pink shirt and a few blues that might work.

Dropbear Dropbear are you dyeing your hair blond or just going grey and it appears yellow in the light?

I forgot where you live but is it really cold enough for a pea coat there already? Is that the Daniel Craig Billy Reid one?
