Lasagna for $28 CAD. I get you want to show off you can roll paper thin pasta but isn't one corner of that equivalent to a traditional three to five layer lasange?

Control-C, Control-V?

I don't go out much if at all these days. Goods and wage inflation have increased prices, service very often sucks because it's some neophyte who moved into the industry due to a/b/c reason, and there are a lot of off nights and consistency problems especially at times I would go (which is not Thu-Sat evening).

My father wants to go to a Boulud again. Does anyone here rate him highly? I presume the New York institutions instead of the one I go to in my hometown.
