Excellent. N95 masking and frequent testing would be very much advised as well. Don't fuck around with this shit and get doubled up with infections.

Prof Susan Hopkins, chief medical adviser at the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), said respirator masks – known as FFP3s – may have performed no better than thin surgical masks in real-life situations.

She said there could be “significant harms” from wearing tight-fitting FFP3s, including blisters and breathing difficulties.
 
I had two Allen Edmonds shoes where the right heel detached. Luckily they came off just as I came through the front door, took them off and searched for my shoe trees. The Dainite one is for sure original and I'm pretty sure the Park Avenue one only had rubber + taps put on.

How long did you leave them buried in the ground for?
 
I signed up for this cooking course every Friday starting tomorrow. They just rang me to tell me it is cancelled.
 
All appointments getting cancelled for the rest of the week here. Great to wait months for a doctors appt only to have it get fucked up by something that won’t even effect us here.
 
I'm waiting for people on the west coast to reschedule my ultrasound so that I'm not having to travel 50km away by train and then bus to the clinic they selected. Of course they do it solely based on a post code you give them so when they choose somewhere else they always ask if this is close enough not knowing the actual neighbourhood or intersection they pick beyond seeing it on a map.

Since I already knew that I gave them a preferred clinic. If this clinic accepts my request I need to ring them to confirm and that goes to India. This would all be sorted out easily if I could just walk the <1km from my place to their clinic and do it in person. Think globally, act locally.
 
Fucking storm hoarders. Its not even going to hit us here and yet gas has run out in many places and store shelves are bare.

$500 tax included for two pairs. I wasn't sure I got any discount for being unemployed. He did say AE quality was dropping off a cliff.

Good thing I made some money on my retirement stuff to pay for it.
 
You know when you spend 2 1/2 hours over 2 sessions in 2 weeks using 3-4 hours to prepare for the sessions for something you don't really think will work out and honest to God you don't think you even want....but you do it anyway...........................
 
It's getting to freezing over night. Last year I was complaining I was cold all the time with something like a 14%-15% body fat. My knees downwards and my extremities. Now I'm at 11%-12% body fat and it's bloody cold every single day since I lost all the fat around my abdomen and my hips + all the stuff that was cold last year.

My cocker spaniel shit all over the floor last night (not something he normally does) and I discovered it first thing this morning. It wouldn't have been so bad, except it wasn't one good one, it was a whole bunch of little ones all over the place the size of a quarter. Fortunately, I have tile floors.

I thought there was supposed to be a Christmas festive lunch here. Instead the community manager disappeared overseas and a vendor showed up to show how his kitchen appliance gadgets can make nibbles, canapes and postage stamp sized sandwiches. You had to listen to the sales pitch for an opportunity to nibble.
 
Just got done picking my health insurance plan for 2025. Very much ready to fantasize about the killing of more health executives.
 
Reminder to myself. Don't go grocery shopping on the 24th or 23rd of December. Second reminder to myself. Don't go to Eataly to buy things on 24th December. The self service tills are turned off. The queue is massive. And I couldn't even find the marmellata that they said was available on the website.

Third reminder to myself. Whipping cream on discount is bought up by every baked good enthusiast or more likely independent cafe operator during this season.
