Agreeable Menswear Post Of The Day

I know that Crompton cops a lot of criticism, both here and in some other places, but I think that this outfit is perfectly agreeable:

Nice, casual, crumpled linen suit, sky blue shirt, plain blue tie, penny loafers to toe and some sort of sac-a-depeche bag. Suit jacket length is nice, sleeves and shoulders look fine.

Can never be agreeable because of who he is. Also i think that's the craptom freebie Spanish suit el Sarto savagely demounted before he went full Wacko Ja-Ja-Jacko.

Prince is right. No matter what he wears, Crap-tom will always look like a freshly smacked and cream-pied snatch. Just the way it is.

bonjour jean-jacques
so much dialogue
so much philosophy

If you cut his head off, and maybe even lose the jacket, the shirt, pants, boot combination is simple and nice. Beats a grey polo & PURPLE slacks

Depending on where he lives. If it's in a city it's not nice. Those boots are for hiking.

Ok, good outfit if he's a construction worker

Better. But that's the thing. It is simple and timeless enough for anyone to where in casual settings. Probably not in London where your definition of casual is much different

No, work boots and those military pants are not simple and timeless for any casual setting. You will look out of place in most cities stomping around in those work boots. Hell, even actual construction workers don't wear their steel toed work boots when they're not on the job. It's a ridiculously inauthentic look, especially combined with that shirt buttoned all the way up. Looks like he can't decide whether he wants to be a hipster or a blue collar worker.

You want a simple, casual and relatively "timeless" look for any setting, wear a pair of jeans, an OCBD and some kind of desert boots or chukkas.

He is a hipster/lumbersexual/fishermansexual without a doubt. No self-respecting man would wear such a hat unless he was a poseur.

The look you describe is indeed casual and timeless. but in many settings it will still be seen as a bit fey and dressy.

We have the Melbourne Ska Orchestra - when they get together its magic and fun - 30 members on-stage and all good. Do all the classics.

I follow this Chinamens couple because they seem very happy and the doctor says I can't hate all the time.

Despite his penchant for short pants, the husband is very well dressed without being derivative. He also has a clear and pronounced aesthetic.

All that lighting set up and you stand like that? What sort of idiotic photographer is shooting this type of stuff?

Why does this always happen? Can he not afford good products after buying from AVs?
I have that too, very sensitive skin. No matter what products I try. So, only shave once or twice a week....

His collar looks awfully uncomfortable....

What do you use? I have sensitive skin as well. I went to a safety razor and a soap and it helped me pretty well.

Collar does look tight.
