Keep comments productive and respectful, you can express criticism about fashion, quality, materials, etc without being a jerk.
Violations of this rule will lead to a simple removal, but continued violations and an unwillingness to be more respectful can lead to a ban.

The goal of this rule is to moderate a more respectful conversation in the comments of posts.
Whether or not something is unduely negative is subjective, we have no interest in overmoderating the subreddit, and we definitely never want to get in the way of someone providing insightful criticism.
Here are some examples of what does or doesn't violate this rule.
- Sometimes you don’t know why some things are so heavily discounted…. Other times you definitely do.
Snarky, but fine
- Hopefully it’s not too late to return them
This was directed at an OP who purchased a pair of shoes that are questionably fashionable, don't poop on someone's party.
- Frugal, yes. Fashion, no.
- Subreddit classic, never going to go away
- Destined to live in landfills for centuries to come, all for the sake of selling more coffee and donuts.
- Bringing up ethical or moral questions about fast fashion or any sort of vapid consumerism is fine.
- Dumb bullshit
- Contributes nothing meaningful to the conversation.

If you want to comment something on a post and you're not sure if you might violate the rule, I encourage you to comment it anyway. You're not going to get banned, getting a comment removed on the internet is not the end of the world.
