I’m looking for a recommendation for a point and shoot camera for portraits, low-light and action family snaps.

Looking for:

WiFi compatible (no laptop, pics straight to phone/iPad)

I’m down to either a Cannon Powershot G9 II or a Panasonic LUMIX LX10. Both have been around long enough to turn up on the used market a bit, but I’m not sure about buying something like that used.
 
Reef snorkeling trip next week and I don’t have anything for underwater pics. I’m looking at these two options, but open to other suggestions:
