I'm testing some wireless headphones - B&W P7 wireless and Bose QC35. The sound on the B&W is fucking incredible. I'm listening to the Stones and I can make out the canasta and tambourine on You Can't Get All You Want. And I can almost make out what the fuck Mick is singing on Tumbling Dice. It's really impressive!
Pairing with Bluetooth is a pain in the ass and they're a little heavy and stiff. Ear pads are fairly comfortable. Definitely need some breaking in. They're so tight it's giving me a headache.
You are master race, im sure you can. After my Teufel headphone had a weird malfunction (put it down, picked it up and the right ear pad would no longer sit tight over my ear),
so I needed a replacement.
Went for the Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro and am very happy with it.
I use it with my PC sound card, so I saw no need to pay big $$$.
Anyhow, big improvement over the Teufel. That is, if your ears are capable of hearing the difference...

What are your thoughts on them? Apparently the wireless are a bit heavier than the wired, which is leading to some of my consternation. Also, they've been intermittently dropping the Bluetooth connection.I have the P7's but not the wireless ones.
Lol they are not bluetooth 2.0?What are your thoughts on them? Apparently the wireless are a bit heavier than the wired, which is leading to some of my consternation. Also, they've been intermittently dropping the Bluetooth connection.
They are. Just not working well.Lol they are not bluetooth 2.0?

the whole point of this is to get the bluetooth so that i can seamlessly use it with my computer and phone.I use mine with a extension cable as I sit about 5m from my stereo. They are very well made, and stylish. Real Leather I believe. Sound wise: Excellent bass and good transparency. Not as 'open' as an equivalent open back like the Grado SR325e.
I would recommend that you test them and the Grado's together. Take a good selection of music that plays to the strengths, and weaknesses of each design to see which 'sound' you prefer.
I don't like the idea of bluetooth.
if you hadn't come along i never would have thought of this.Return them

do you find the weight becoming annoying after a certain period of time?Right, in that case take them back as they may be malfunctioning. As to the weight of the bluetooth version, the conventional ones aren't that light either, and the fit is rather snug too.
