gianni is best friends with WeakMonday WeakMonday 's shoe supplier. and good friends with WeakMonday WeakMonday 's bespoke option mimmo pirozzi. actually his whole business seems to be modeled around gianni and his friends. it may be a ticket for success with chinamen though. WeakMonday WeakMonday 's mongolian compeer premier tailor, who is basically carrying the same questionable brands, seems to be a thriving business. the only maker WeakMonday WeakMonday needs to add is mararo

I'm looking mostly at price point (around 300-450 euro) at this time as I feel I need something entry level to get people hooked.

I've actually asked a bunch of shoemakers...
Carmina (they already have a store doing really well in Shanghai carrying them... so I have to ask them first)
Andres Sendra (no response)
Carlos Santos (no response)
three or four japanese makers (either no response or no)
I was actually going to go visit Meccariello and had a visit planned but I had to nix it because the wife didn't think we needed another Italian shoemaker (sigh)...

Some I am considering but haven't asked...
Zonkey Boot (The ideal scenario is I stroll into the Zonkey Boot trunk show at the other Cappellis place during Pitti and come out with a shoe order and a suit order... a man can dream)
Kamioka (I should probably give them a call)
AS (decent if not exciting option)

I am open to suggestions or leads if anyone has anything (I may have to end up just talking to every shoemaker at Pitti).
 
imo, this is a difficult price point. carmina, zonkey and meccariello are above and far above, though.

not sure if polishing door handles at pitti makes sense, ymmv

I am doing a leather shoes in 2 weeks. In the Finished goods Hall, Sendra (sister compay for Serna) is exhibiting with their cowboy boots) I can put a word for you if you want, just send me a PM with your contact details and I will pass the info to their Export Manager
 
No online shop yet... most of the stuff I have isn't really suitable for sale online except like shirts and ties (Shoes and suits need to be fitted).
