Needs a bit more tie space. See how your collar pushes the tie down, while CWs collar seems to come from behind the tie? Looks much nicer.

thanks. not sure how to do a proper silhouette photo selfie. but the right side of the pic is pretty accurate. everything on the left side is skewed/pulled upwards because of the angle of my arm with the camera. when my arm is resting it looks like the other side.
