Why Are You Pissed Off Today?

Lived here most of my life and never had anything like this. Minor floods from time to time but never this bad
 
Apparently it's been more than 100 years since we've seen anything like this and they are predicting this will be worse

I currently have 2 headaches they are 3 & 9 and fed up with being stuck inside together so they are taking turns to see which of them can send Mummy over the edge.
 
I worked my touchas off to finish up a present I had been working on for my very sick best friend for her birthday. I shipped it to her on Tuesday. It didn't arrive until today, which means she won't get it until Monday. Damn Priority shipping failed me.

People bought and renovated the house next door put it up for sale. Yesterday the lady mentioned the house is sold but that's all. Today they approach the hubby and tell hom they need us to sign an encroachment agreement because it turns out part of their fence and deck are actually on our property. He said shouldn't be a problem but he needs to discuss it with me first. Well me being the type to have little to no trust in humanity decided we needed to have more information on what exactly it would mean if we sign. There is little to no info about what it would mean for us except once signed and registered its valid for the lifetime of the encroaching structure. For the sellers it means the buyers can back out of the sale if we won't sign and not face any penalty.

Harv's a big time lawyer and he was up against an unfavorable judge. He was under the impression that said judge was going to rule unfavorably. I was asking, given his last post, if that came to pass.
 
Its been a week since I checked the forum's email accounts. We've had 10,000 failed spam registrations in that time. My email client almost crapped out on me.
 
This will probably sound absolutely terrible...when the victims mother came on screen I threw up in my mouth a little.
 
Well it sounds like a pretty shitty situation for all concerned Harv.

Pissing me off today is the building trade. Why can no builder just do their job in a professional, timely and honest manner? I would gladly pay like 20-30% extra over the going rate for a builder who doesn't bullshit, but haven't met one yet. Our house renovation is now set back two months and many thousands of pounds because of these imbeciles. Worse thing is I could see it coming.

Yes, them. They managed to cause such a whacking delay to the schedule that it now makes now difference to the finish date if I sack them and spend a couple of weeks sorting out a replacement, which was pretty stupid of them.
