Idiot. Forward to the end. People don't understand how dangerous this stupidity is. That bike catches some traction and it will kill anyone standing around. At least he's out of commission. I'm sure the neighbors are happy too.

Museum exhibits are often hideously unclear, and evolutionary theory itself is terribly muddled, so I'm not sure where this woman can be faulted here.
In fact, she is very correct in pointing out that the scientific understandings of the late 19th century are largely outdated today.

Fo real. Museum signs try to condense complex stuff and make it rapidly accessible. They often fail and grossly oversimplify or just plain get it wrong.
Evolutionary theory is a constantly revised cacophony of bleeding edge fashionable notions. See Richard Dawkins and punctuated equilibrium, which is a total refutation of Darwin... and Darwin's stuff was back before germ theory originated.

That's beautiful. Truly. I love when that type of stuff happens to athletes in relevant sports, but somehow it's even funnier when it happens to guys like that. You're a long-distance runner. No one outside of Oregon and the Rift Valley gives a shit about you. I hope trying to pump up the 200 or so people who came out to see people run around a track was worth all that.
