Please, compared to traditional Fair Isle, that is not especially colorful and almost monochromatic.

Oh, it's impractical dandy fodder for sure. I imagine those would be limited to cool dry days when otherwise staid garb needs some pop. I can't quite justify the price for holiday partywear only.

Tooling around Berg & Berg. If it weren't for the fact that these guys are just 3.1 inches, I'd buy them in a minute. As is, I generally avoid wool ties outside the 3.25-.3.6 range.

The subtle blue makes this really versatile.

Right after I got some serviceable clearance moccasins from LL Bean in that tepid cactus color, I find out that these exist.

The Chippewa Renegade Moc Toe Wedge Oxford.
Almost exactly like my 6" Thorogood boots that I love so much. Such a perfect shoe for the office worker that needs to venture on the factory floor. Red Wing has something similar now too, but they have yet to impress me much as they cost more and don't even come in widths.

FWIW that blown Christye sole wears like butter. My Thorogood boots are only a year and a half old and are not in heavy rotation but the heels are seriously worn down.
