If the photos are on your computer, click upload file (below post reply). You will be taken to your photo library. Click on the pics you want and they will be uploaded. Click full-sized image, and they will be embeded. Click post reply.

If they are from the web, copy the URL, click the pic icon to the right of the smiley face (see above the message) and paste he URL and click insert.

I've never seen a forum where it is easier, actually. You can just drag & drop onto the quick-reply box.

And for a lot of other kinds of media, you can embed them to your message by clicking the film strip on the tool bar and plugging in the URL.
