Hundreds of thousands of pounds spent on countless bespoke commissions for years and years, and yet all I ever seem to see him in is some combination of brown jacket / suit, gray flannels and blue shirt.

That is obviously decades old vintage jacket from the times of super extended shoulder trend when his shoulders were apparently much less rounded. The jacket would be agreeable if there wasnt for the enormous shoulder.
