I wouldn't go as far as to say it's bad because the jacket looks like it fits fine.

If you want to be nitpicky, the lapel looks potentially gigantic (although it's hard to say with the phone in the way) and the shirt seems to have really prominent stitching at the placket edges (more like a traditional dress shirt instead of an evening shirt). And I can't really make out what sort of shirt stud that is, but it looks a little odd because it's white in the center, blending in with the shirt to make it look like a normal dress shirt button.

Looks like a standard steed jacket; their lapels are always robust.
