Hello everyone! I have been stalking places like AskAndy and Styleforum for a while. . . but I usually throw up a little in my mouth when I read something in those forums. You guys seem to have lots of knowledge - often served with a(n un)healthy dose of humor. For my part, I don't know much about suit science and don't understand most forms of forumspeak, so I hope that you don't mind my stupid questions for the foreseeable future.

Browsed this forum for a few hours and decided I might sign up. Nice to read something other than the incessant praise heaped on something because it happens to feature a windowpane. I'm more of a reader than writer, so I'll get back to letting everyone else write the jokes.
 
Spent the last couple of hours with a bottle of cheap wine and your forum - and CNN streaming in the background - and decided to join up. I am living in Bangkok for a year and have to opportunity to have some jackets and suits made - not exactly Italy, but I hope to learn while doing here where mistakes are not as costly. I hear there are some good tailors. Anyway. Nice to meet you folks.
