Slow Horses S6 was pure gold. Again! Hard to think of another show this consistently good.

Mid way through The Diplomat Season 4. The thing about shows based on quasi-realistic news, you have to evolve the show as news in the real world develops.
I knew the whole Boris thing had to go so Rory Kinnear exits in a rather surreal episode where he's haunted by the ghost of Celia Imrie. I never thought The Diplomat was a show that would use apparitions. David Gyasi just dies off screen.
Then next - how do you incorporate the current Trump administration when you were hedging your story bets on the female VP who became VP because of an elderly President passing away in the office....
Now a few episodes in Keri Russell is accusing Rufus Sewell and Allison Janney of acting like a mafioso and bullying allied countries to submit to the will of the United States. It makes her uncomfortable as the go between as ambassador to the 'closest' ally.
Although I'd like to correct the show writers - being bullied to bend the knee to the States within closed doors was pre President Trump. Now you just get litigated and humiliated on social media and TV without your representatives/diplomats/leaders even meeting.
Oh this season has very dark lighting for the indoor scenes. The ambassador's residence. The White House. I don't remember the previous season's White House being so dark.

I finished The Diplomat. Surely the next season has to be the last one.
Is it instructional in showing your top diplomat to UK, your chief of staff, your secretary of state and your vice president all walk out on you at a G7 conference is the way to instigate regime change? Surely for the current sitting President, that's just an opportunity to appoint a whole bunch of 'acting' characters from the bench of sycophants tripping over each other to serve the administration.

Watching Nobody Wants This.
By season 3, I've completely lost interest in the quirky traits of the Jewish community in Los Angeles. I've also lost interest in whether Kristin Bell will follow through with her conversion to live in Adam Brody's rabbi and wife life.
The only thing keeping me interested is Justine Lupe. She apparently was pregnant in season 2. Most women look worse after giving birth but somehow she lost weight and looks hotter now. Also her character's intelligence level is about as high as I would want to contend with in a woman.

But there was only one reason to watch season 3 and that's
