No idea. Went to the branch. They gave me a temp password and told me to log in and change my password like a first-time/lost password user on my mobile phone. I asked why. They said maybe there's fraud. Go check your accounts yourself and if you find something, go ring the contact centre. Really she was trying to get me to leave the desk so she can serve other clients.
Of course yesterday the contact centre said you might have fraud, go to the branch and ask them because I can't tell you. It also looks like the bank's MFA random number generator app I had on another device became unregistered too.
I did manage to ask what happens if my mum's account blows up when she's half way across the world till next year. The branch person basically said she needs to make it to Canada or US to a bank branch to authenticate herself. Alternatively if she remembers her PIN for telephone banking she can do transactions by voice over the phone 1999 style. That would really suck when you're out of the country for 6 months.
