Zen and the Art of Forum Maintenance v2

found out some great news - apparently we weren't submitting the correct type of sitemap to google and bing, and because of this, we weren't getting accurate search results for the past two years.

Wanted to give the heads up that due to a major forum upgrade a few things might be wonky over the next few weeks as our developers are still updating their addons. Reactions are busted for the moment and some other minor improvements. Bear with us as we work to get it fixed up. If you see any issues or notice things not working please post here and let us know.
