The firing again put the mild-mannered vice president in a difficult position of defending the president amid uncomfortable facts and fallout. The vice president, who often wears his Christian faith on his sleeve and has said he doesn’t drink around women unless his wife is present, had to defend Trump after the president said he grabbed women by the genitals.

Is this an American thing? Or does he just have no self control?

I'd thought that it was an anthropological universal that threesomes didn't count as cheating.
 
The guy calls his wife 'mother' and has a pathological hatred of gay. He has more issues than National Geographic.
 
I thought Pence doesn't have dinner with any woman without his wife present. Now it extends to alcohol? That must be some domineering wife of his.
 
This chap obviously won the lottery or doesn't value his pay cheque:

I feel like Johnny T's tweets represent an id leak.

I imagine his twitter account is the most frustrating aspect of working closely with Trump.

If the Dems take Congress it would start the next day. That's still a pretty far reach though.

Historically, the House of Rep loses about 30 seats to the other party if one party holds the White House, the Senate, and the HoR.

The House is in play, but I am skeptical on the Senate.

This Georgia runoff will be predictive I believe.

Most of the seats coming up this time are already held by Dems. The odds are definitely against them in both houses. That said, Trump approval was at 36% before this fiasco and declaring war on the FBI. Anything could happen
