Sadly I am not a big time baller (tm), and so there were no fittings with the homeless bearded tailor man.
Had a veri delicious meal at Flavio al velavevodetto.

... Delicious with a healthy dose of montepulciano d'abruzzo.
Also i purchased some guanciale which made a top top carbonara yesterday evening back in blighty.
How big of a bribe do you need to buy some guanciale for me and ship it back to the States?

One of my favorite snacks! My uncles and grandfather would make these in the summertime. It was said to be good luck if you got one with a bee in it. I always disagreed. At the above restaurant I must also mention the fried courgette flowers which were a thing of unsurpassed beauty.
Magical.
Transcendent.
