Marriage is an institution for having kids. Locking yourself in, other than for pension and insurance purposes, if you don't intend to have kids, is whichever way you swing, a bit stupid.

Sunglasses? Luxxxxxottticcaa owns the right to make the frames for most of the brands, they own the freaking stores that sell them, they own one of the optical insurance company, it a freaking Italian invasion in the US but no one is doing a damn thing about it.

The sickest thing is that Raybans used to be sold in gas stations for dirt cheap. When Luxxxxoootttica bought Ray Ban, they pulled it from gas stations and stopped selling raybans for about a year. After that, they started appearing in departmental stores and were $150 or more. They used to be around $20 a pair. This is what Luxxxottica does. Sick.
 
Raybans for corrective lenses are pretty cheap, relatively. I've a pair with some transitions in. Pretty okay, but not serious quality, good for beach wear where sand can scratch the lenses.

That price you quoted is about right and at the cheaper end of the scale, where they should be, but for this price it's good value for money.
 
When I used to work for Luxxxxxxoootttica, the figure that I heard was that it costs about a $1 or less to make the actual frame. I am talking after the initial investment of buying a machine that would make it.

Apart from all the photos on AAAC, another plus for Krusty is that he does not do victimhood or tiresome campaigning. He seems happy enough as a gay New Yorker.

You can also send him up and he takes it very well. It's good that he gets up early to photograph all his kit for an internet audience.

Another thing. He is the only white man than can just about carry off a Homburg hat without it being costume. You would have to go back to Sir Anthony Eden or maybe Tony Hancock and Albert Steptoe for other famous wearers. Other Homburg wearers are blinged up black rappers.

He works in IT at a bank, which makes it all the more impressive that he can pull off those looks in an environment where most wear hoodies or polo shirts.
