And the pair were never seen again

So that’s what happened to that slimey fella off SF who used to wear condom suits and splatter the board with multiple pictures of his twin kids in perfectly matching RL prep. Definitely no chance at all that they’ll grow up with ‘issues’.

All the maximally pigmented men are crazy

That bentley guy
@alanbee Alan bee
That crazy school teacher
Some other 5m tall guy
And there are more i guess

Ah the 5m tall guy - head the size of a basketball, cushingoid expression, pants tapered so much you wonder how he got his massive feet through them, multiple pics of the same pose ...

Alan Bee - preposterously pompous clown ...

The Bentley guy - as mentioned above with giant glasses bearing the maker logo in the friggin lens!

AAS - colorblind car crash

These are some of the top names in the tailoring scene, at pitti. I just don't know. Is it the awkward postures? The faces that don't match the clothes? (I'm not white, so I should know. Don't think I'm being racist.). There's something distinctly off about most of them.

Racist you can be. We are all. That's the beauty of mankind. Maybe mankind in its globality is dislikeable and grotesque, the Igents milieu just providing a loop effect on this reality.

Oh I didn't mean Sexton. He always looks good in his suits. The old man next to the fat VBC man looks great too. It's the younger ones that look so and so. As always. You recognise them by their short trousers. (Who started it? Was it that Jort bloke? He should be burnt at the stake.)

The Liverano libanese boy should get some padding. The florentine style doesn't suit his super sloping shoulders.

@Untermensch maybe you've this feeling because there is too much contrast between good and mediocre outfits (both in fit and colours harmony) and it leads to a visual saturation. Put a guy with a perfect fit between two peacocks and it'll lead, legitimately, to degrade the visual balance. I don't know why but I hate these windowpane patterns, especially for a suit.

I think he's Kosovo Albanian.

So then. Are we decided? Is Crompton the official forum mascot? Because then we might invite him for the official DW Style Guide dinner. At the beautiful Beaumont Hotel. We will film each other making brilliant conversation as we finger each other's colli rollini. A beanie-wearing photographer will hover round, snapping photos from three-quarter angles so we can flood Instagram with #sartorialflair.

Such style! Such essence of flamboyance! Such hand-basted pork! Such roast peacock washed down with Neapolitan champagne!

I think I need a lie-down.

If we truly had any Russian oligarchs, maybe they will fund an extravagant ruse, create websites etc etc and invite him to a fancy hotel as guest of honor (one of many but really not) and then when he shows up he’ll be confused as we pelt him with rotten fruit. I will throw carrots. They are underappreciated as throwing fruit but great fun when slinging sidearmed

Just like that guy that invited attanasio over for his wedding?

I have actually seen a Thom Browne in a shop a few years ago (5/6) It was actually quite well made. Price was ridiculous.

Didnt bother to try.

We will have a lot to thank to this. People start taking what is en vogue to ridiculous limits and next you know is the opposite thing is in fashion. Soon (and it might be a few years) we will see the 1930's trouser cut making a comeback

Whaddaya' mean, for some of us it never went away!
