Disagreeable Menswear Post Of The Day

I'd have thought exactly the opposite - if you pay for it, you are free to say whatever you want about it. No contracts, no agreements, no obligations - no shilling.

it is the other way round . Giving a bad review to freebe means that is not morally corrupted and that he speaks his mind freely.

Why the heck he selects a fabric that is discontinued later on and that you can't get?

Well it took 18 months to get the jacket. H&S introduce new collections every 6 months with many going out of production fairly quickly. How could Simon possibly control H&S’s stock?

That's my disclaimer. Things which seem easy to you white people are difficult for the rest of us.

i'm sure this depends on where you are in the world and what you intend on doing. i can imagine plenty of instances where this is absolutely not the case. but if you believe this crutch is necessary, no central, to justifying your sorry existence, please carry on. i won't protest too much.

or perhaps you were being ironic. i hope so. but it is hard to tell on the web.

Here's another one who can't read. It's not a crutch. It's a millstone.

One can always use the important phrase: extinguished forever!

that should be;

“i am sorry but it is extinguished forever. it is no longer being made. i sold the last length to a customer in japan”

it is the perfect romatic napoli lie basically applied to any item no longer in stock. it makes you feel extra bad knowing some manga loving jap is now caressing your tissue [tie, whatever]. and makes you eager to buy any remaing stock items before some jap tourists [or even worse, chinamen from a culturally inferior azn country] swarm the shop like a bunch of grasshoppers raiding it completely

Khazarians?

Lovely people, especially their women. The legendary beauty of Circassian women! Sartorial-wise, we owe them astrakhan, and quite possibly the front-buttoning jacket too, via Byzantium. A great people. And of course Conan the Barbarian was from somewhere around there, wasn't he?

Having spent sometime in Astrakhan, I can vouch for that. You'd pass by a bus stop in the middle of nowhere and there would be a lady dressed and looking like Kelly Le Brock in The Woman In Red. We also had an Armenian lady in our office who was mid-forties, but absolutely stunning. Quite a different genetic make-up to the Russian slav look.

The eyes, the eyes. And the chin. You get a lot of Circassian and Turkic blood in Hungarian women. Think Zita Gorog. You have an arc stretching from Budapest to Tashkent. Those Huns seem to have done a lot of humping. In Turkey itself they're different and look more Iranian than Turkic.

Also, if you're into long dream-like conversations about past glory, nothing beats a Circassian woman. There are quite a few in the UK. Mostly from Jordan.

olololololo robin prick brought out the heavy hitters polak blue balls and scandi “banker” olof after the bad crompton “review”.

top douchebags and shills andreas wine ass and cleaver the beaver immediately come out of the woodworks to praise robin pricks work ololololo

look at the mega shitty sack suit shit. the shoulders. pulling at bankers button. shitty proportions. at best this is korean luxire. bloody dog eaters

their long distance made to measure sucks. the aussie jo hahahaha version equally so. their shit may be passible if the suit cut by the old dad. otherwise best to leave it on the mannequin for the pile of instalikes

real shame cromptons review only attracted some very very mild hate responses

another push by some by the insta midgets for robin prick’s dog eaters long distance made to measure

It's funny how everyone is rushing to this Robin Pett's defence. The "hate" was directed at the Korean cutters and tailors who botched up the Swedish fitter's work, not at the Swedish fitter.

And what do they mean "through" Robin Pett? It's either his work, in which case he owns it lock, stock, and barrel, or B&Tailor's. When you buy an iPad made in some Chinese shite factory, it's an Apple product, not a "through Apple".

The Koreans, meanwhile, are nowhere. They couldn't care less about e-reputation.

Their main clientele may be chinafriends who don’t follow Crompers. Robin P, on the other hand, relies on Crompers, miners and his fellow Scandinavians for business.

I do think that the person doing the fitting should either be the person doing the cutting or have a very close relationship with them. One of several reasons the “remote fitter” business model makes little sense to me but the traveling tailor model does.

How right you are. Especially when you charge £1700 for a jacket, which is close to Savile Row prices (OK, London). I'd be curious to know how that sum is split up. Because labour costs in South Korea are less than the UK's.

THAT’s the fella behind Put This On?
A baldy hipster with ridiculous facial hair?

We’ve seen Fok with a laughably bad Kim Jong Un haircut and scotch tape on his face.

What’s next? Vox is in reality a rich man’s gardener who just tries on the master’s clothes for selfies when he’s away from the country estate?

I've to admit that the jacket on the polish coal miner doesn't look bad.

Vents gaping open are imho absolutely inacceptable in bespoke. That absurd trend of doing way too much waist suppression with a chicken ass is beyond my understanding. I know it's a fitting but his finished jackets seem to suffer from that too.

The one from andreas wine ass looks pretty good, though we can't see the sides nor the back.

Another spectacle from down under. Australia is really pumping them out.

In what context is that a natural motion. Maybe cha-chaing with your jacket lapels clutched in your hand.

This is because you haven't seen this. I like his blog but not his looks.
