How did the Jays fall from first two tied with Baltimore behind Boston?
 
Oh that's not good when Bautista and Encarnacion will ask for new contracts at the end of the season.
 
Jose Fernandez died in a boating accident today. Apparently he and two other crashed into a jetty.

You mean limping in... so I'm guaranteed one playoff home game. Not sure with their current form they will go far against any top team.

Oh brilliant. The game's on Tuesday. It won't inconvenience me as I will be having a late dinner in the east end but upon my return, I reckon the Uber driver will have to run through throngs of people. Might get him to drop me off further out.
 
Wow, what a horrible move but showalter to bring in Jimenez instead of Britton. Was he resting his star closer for April?

I passed out after the ninth and the Jays won. No shortage of text messages from one of my lady friends who was at the game. She kept saying "we're not as good as last year."

It's practically the same team less Price and Dickey is freezered.
 
So it looks like the circus will come back to town and the Jays are headed for the ALCS again.

I didn't know David Price was particularly ineffective in playoffs.

its going to be Jays/Indians. David Price is a playoffs disaster.
 
wow, the Giants are collapsing here. the bullpen just gave up 4 runs and blew the whole game.
 
Isn't Cleveland over 1/3 black? Why is everyone white in the stadium?
 
i cannot believe that blunder from Roberts. what a horrendous job of managing there. it looks like the Cubs have got the magic this year. a Cubs/Indians world series might break the north of the country.
 
fantastic outing by Kershaw. i have to think he's ditched his "playoff choke artist" label after that and the save from the national's series.
 
Three straight days of Jays games down the street. Where shall I hide now?

The Tuesday and Wednesday games start early.
 
Sports go to Toronto to die and the Blue Jays deserves to get knocked out after the legal challenge to ban Cleveland Indians' name and logo in Ontario. I didn't realize how thoroughly infiltrated my province is by 'progressives'. Also, I wish they'd bring back Domer teh turtle.

 
I told Thruth that we call them aboriginals and First Nations people. Of course I never met any of them, but he says they call themselves Indians.

I reckon it's like Pakistanis calling themselves Pakis.
 
It appears the Jays live to fight another day. Whomever decided to knock out the vase of flowers in front of my sister building and throw up a few metres later - don't do it again tonight.
