I don't get it either... Probably frightfully boring, like all trade shows are. Need likes for tumblr/IG/Styleforum though! Is it just me, or is there something quite odd about a whole pile of menswear bloggers descending upon a trade show once or twice a year?
Does this sort of thing happen with, for example, the Consumer Electronics Show or other big tradeshows? People who aren't journalists, aren't working in the field, but just have Tumblr or Instagram blog get accreditation and hang around for a few days even though they're not placing any orders or dealing directly with the firms there?
Why do they even go? Is it just for the meet-and-greet opportunities with other bloggers? Is it because they want to take photos to put up on their blogs?
Everyone's different but, personally, I really don't understand it. People like Greg, Erik and so on are entirely understandable as they work in menswear - but someone who is an accountant or engineer and just likes menswear and has a blog that they post photos on? Why would they bother spending time and money to go to a tradeshow? I'd rather go to Rome or Naples, do some sightseeing, visit some actual tailoring houses and commission some garments, rather than hanging around a crowded tradeshow with a lot of people dressed outrageously.

the fur for men was made popular in italy about two seasons ago with fur being used as lining in military style parkas (not the shy little piece of coyote as trim around the hood) it has now really caught on
I once was involved with a pair of fur panties. The fur was on top of where the hair was, or was supposed to be, as it were. I think it was supposed to be a turn on but it just seemed like a reminder of simpler times.i love fur
everywhere and any kind
long fur coats for men
for women e.g.
fur handcuffs
fur gilets
fur coats
fur hand warmers
fur scarves
for car:
footmats - trimmed mink is best
tbh i prefer no panties over fur pantiesI once was involved with a pair of fur panties. The fur was on top of where the hair was, or was supposed to be, as it were. I think it was supposed to be a turn on but it just seemed like a reminder of simpler times.

Capes are back:
Spaniards have always being very fond of capes. We even had a popular riot in XVIII century when the government tried to replace the Spanish cape with the French version (shorter)Did you notice that two of them are wearing mis-matched shoes, one black and one brown? Even more impressive, they're different pairs - one is wearing black and brown shoes, the other is wearing black and brown boots!
Antonio Banderas will be very pleased to hear that:
It’s Raining Menswear - The New Yorker
Earlier this fall, Antonio Banderas, a.k.a. Zorro, began taking classes in menswear design at Central Saint Martins, the renowned London fashion school. In an interview with the school’s student-run Web site and magazine, Banderas explained that he wanted to start his own menswear line; his particular ambition was to bring back the cape. Capes for men, he said, have “incredible possibilities”:
There are all these varieties of capes. For example, in the time of Charles the Third in Spain, capes were an instrument to kill—and to cover yourself. People used to do this [makes Zorro move] and nobody would know who you were. So they used to cut the capes and do these short capes, because it was forbidden by the law to wear long capes at night.… In Spain there are still places where there are clubs of people who love to wear capes. The shape has almost the same shape as the capote for bullfighting, in beautiful pink silk, with yellow or blue in the back.“For me, it’s actually easier than a coat,” he concluded. “You walk into a place and you just BOOM! throw it off.”
