Labour leader, Keir Starmer, waffles on about protecting front line workers to pub landlord and then goes in for a pie and pint only to get thrown out somewhat unceremoniously:

More palatable than Corbyn, but without the manufactured buzz and ''charisma'' from the media. Nothing down for him or his party. The great hope of the Labour Party is about to go over the event horizon.

Bravo to the pub landlord!

You don't want them sorts in your pub.

It must be crap to be leader of Her Majesty's opposition only to find you have zero gravitas, charisma or credibility.

It's a strange kind of rat race where the most able, dynamic and those with a modicum of ability are denied a place at the starting gates to level the playing field.

"Beyond his denial of leaking text messages, he has also given his version of events relating to two potential political weak spots for Boris Johnson.

They are the questions over the financing of the renovation of the Downing Street flat and the leaking of a plan to impose a lockdown."

Renovations to 10 Downing aren't covered by the government?

Evidently not, when they're so garish behind a Green veneer.

Time to bring Johnson down. Two interlinked weaknesses: (i) He thinks with his dick and nothing ever good comes of this in a professional environment, (ii) because of that, he has committed to crazy targets in law of reducing carbon which will send most Brits to the poor house.

You will note the plans to instruct people to become vegan and reduce (i.e. stop) foreign holidays, the sensible Tories know this will lead them to defeat. Oh, you can hope the year long planned graphic campaign of CNN and soon the BBC will frighten everyone into Climate Emergency face masks, quarantines and total fear and compliance forever. Not forgetting the Eco-Worker-Brigades of our youth. That's part of the plan, at least for the yanks.

The Brit working class will not tolerate any of that, the hard one freedoms and privileges gained to be handed over for eco-tyranny.

The PM gets 30K GBP per year allowance from the government. Boris Johnson's renovations cost 58K GBP. All of this drama is about 28K GBP?!

It was 200K and they were looking for Tory donors to pick-up the tab:

Status quo in London...

Status quo in Scotland...
Not quite, the Tories gave a good fight, but not good enough by far.
How many stabbings took place under Khan?

People stabbing each other at Selfridges.
London is what it is, detached from the rest of England, increasingly American like in it's gang-banging culture. Replace the knives with guns and it would be Chicago of a weekend.
