What's common amongst immigrant central American's is sucking each other off, seems widely accepted as ok even among macho types. They seem to draw a large differentiation between oral and anal (anal is gay, BJ is not), perhaps the fact that we imprison so many people is having a cultural effect in that the prison sex "pass" criminals give each other is cool on the outside now too.
 
I thought that Latino culture didn't consider the top gay? I know the young boy thing is hot in Arab countries, and our own government got caught providing such as favors.

I don't know. In down-low culture the sucking party is considered the gay one, but the distinction I was drawing is that among Latinos it doesn't seem to matter, in general, sucking ain't gay.

You must really want some in an Arab country because they take you to the woodshed when caught.

I think it needs to be run by the Japanese Council on Twisted Sexual Practices. I believe they have very well-defined SOP's. They have recently updated the section on subway and train frotting. A great reference guide.

Argentina's government does not. What's so idiotic about this manufactured crisis is that Argentina has the money, they just don't want to pay the debt back in its entirety. They want the "we pretend to be Italians" discount. I hope I don't offend El Arg, but the economic irresponsibility is shameful and the nation needs to accept that when it sells a bond, that bond needs to be made good if it wants to have global standing. Making a World Cup final is fun and cute but Germany won, and they pay their fucking bills.

I applaud the hedge fund that has stood firm. They own the debt, they have contractual terms, they are entitled to repayment. This is not some struggling banana republic we're talking about.
