What to do when you're poor

Someone paid me back for something which I immediately blew on green fees yesterday. That leaves about $300 till Thursday. Technically I just need to make it till the 26th. End of the month was a stretch goal.

So I'm supposed to stay in, save loads of money, and die of boredom? Rich but dead and bored. Such an attractive life.

"Frugal months allowed the former urbanites to save enough money to quit their jobs and move out of Cambridge, Mass. to rural Vermont."

But if I have enough money I still want to work AND be in the city - not rot in some countryside with the carcasses of sheep.

It’s a simple equation, rither spend less or earn more. You don’t want to spend less, so you’ll have to start earning more.

I want to wait for this reorganisation that has been delayed for months to happen by the end of the year. Maybe I'll end up somewhere nicer. And then if I'm not and I'm going, I want to collect my bonus before I sign up somewhere else.
