Another one of my pics has ended up in the top 50 most popular photos with Nat Geo. Not bad considering there's 1.8 million pics underneath me. This is becoming a rather interesting adventure. (as for the Khan mentoring, that's all well and good, but Bill Gates and Warren Buffett also serve as mentors to many, and the world isn't suddenly awash in billionaires)
 
AND I fixed the garage door opener just now. Let me tell you how big a deal that can be when you have a fleet of War Machines and other Engines of Destruction to deploy upon an unsuspecting populace. A malfunctioning door opener is small annoyance that leads to people doubting your ability to impose your will on the planet. I mean, if you can't even get the door opener to work, how can you be expected to get millions to do your bidding. SRSLY.

Really? I would have sworn I saw more than that (representative sampling, not that I'd actually counted them up to 10k) but maybe not so much recently, maybe it's time for a re-design. Mrs. Doom wanted one for a time, then decided on a Jeep.
 
Went to a Christmas party yesterday and had 9 oz of scotch. Then I realized it was 200 some ml - almost quarter of a litre. Oops.

Anyway, I have my own Christmas party tonight. Going to wear black tie for it!

I set it up two months ago and people are still deciding whether to renege on their RSVP. Why can't people just commit?!

Wow. Personal or business? Just out of curiosity, how much are you charging?
 
I have no idea. I asked and she's not sure what she needs yet, short of untangling it all. I'll start with organization and filings and see what she needs / wants / is ready to pay for. I know a non-CPA bookkeeper who charges $40/hr, but for CPAs usually it's a fixed rate per project (generate monthly statements, file tax returns, etc, year-end review, etc)

You need a better day job/cover story. At least Superman was a reporter.
 
nah it's even bettah. I'm Trustworthy and Licensed and no one would suspect me. kind of like Arthur from The Tick, exceot more assertive and evil.

The Littlest Miss is 4 today! Preparing for her first big girl party, indoor bouncy castle chocolate cupcakes with sticky pink frosting and Minnie Mouse everything :)
 
The Littlest Misses party was fantastic! The kids had a blast even the little girl who is so painfully shy she often has panic attacks if she can't see one of her parents at all times. We had one little person trip and band their knee and a little boy banged heads with someone and got a bloody nose but nothing stopped the fun :)
 
Also, the Littlest Miss decided she didn't want presents from her friends so as an alternative we got the idea to ask everyone to bring arts and craft supplies that she can donate to her preschool classroom. She collected so much stuff it's shocking :)
 
Nat King Cole and The Christmas Song. Bing Crosby and White Christmas. Dean Martin and Let it Snow. Burl Ives and that jolly Christmas song. Brenda something and rocking around the Christmas tree. This delay doesn't seem so bad now.
 
Snow. Not enough to screw up my life, just enough to make everything quiet and pretty for awhile.

People at the other corner of the office are toasting and imbibing. I just came back from mosque so I can't drink after the prayer.
