What's Making You Happy Today?

No only posting some pseudo self effacing history because I felt bad what I posted to Fwiff could be true. He said he loves his work but that could just be the office wet bar talking.

If I don't go into that office every day, who am I?

Well lads, don't worry. I've had far more slander, and I'm relaxing with a rye right now.

I am genuinely happy about my new computer. I was in two queues in two offices. When I transferred back to Toronto, I was bumped to the back of the queue and being in a job without much travel and not client facing meant I was really at the bottom of the barrel.

I've got two employers competing for me and I'm at the point in my life where a $6,000 salary differential is not really a factor. Life is good. So glad all the work has paid off.

Either that or you're going to have to start manufacturing feed.

Got someone who does that for me. Chicken-bison raw mix. Way cheaper than dry dog food and better for them. 150 pounds every 2 weeks or so plus 30 pounds of liver and goat milk. They eat better than I do

Fwiffo Fwiffo A seal walks into a bar and the owner asks what it wants to drink. The seal says 'anything but a Canadian Club.'

Wilbur "Wilby" Daniels is a boy who is constantly misunderstood by his father in law , thruth .On the way out, Wilby collides with a table holding a display case of jewelry, ending up with one of the rings in the cuff of his pants which he finds later. It is the cursed Borgia ring, and when he reads the inscription on it, he turns into Chiffon, Francesca's shaggy Newfoundland sheepdog. Confused about what has happened, Wilby as a dog goes to Professor Sarto, who says he has invoked the Borgia curse upon himself, which can only be broken through a heroic act of selflessness. After getting chased out of his own house by his enraged father-in-law (who doesn't know that the dog is actually his son-in-law), Wilby has a series of misadventures, as he constantly switches back and forth between human form and dog form. All the while afraid his Top Knot will be cut off.

You eat the bison and liver too right?

Therapist told me I probably won't need shoulder surgery but won't know definitive for a few more weeks. I can shift gears in my car with my right arm again.

ConchitaWurst shiukd get a boner now....
driving all night, my hands 're wet on the wheel
There's a voice in my head that drives my heel
And my baby calls says she needs me here
And it's half past four and I'm shifting gear

When she gets lonely and the longing gets too much
She sends a cable coming in from above
We don't need to talk at all

We got a thing that's called radar love
We got a wave in the air radar love

Radio's playing some forgotten song
Brenda lee's coming on strong
The road has got me hypnotized
And I'm spinning into a new sunrise

When I get lonely and I'm sure I've had enough
She sends her comfort coming in from above
We don't need a letter at all

We got a thing that's called radar love
We got a line in the air radar love

[Solo]

No more speed I 'm almost there
Gotta keep cool now, gotta take care
Last car to pass here I go
And the line of cars goes down real slow

And the radio played some forgotten song
Brenda lee's coming strong
And the newsman sang his same song
Oh, one more radar lover gone

When I get lonely and I'm sure I've had enough
She sends her comfort coming in from above
We don't need a letter at all

We got a thing that's called radar love
We got a line in the sky
We got a thing that's called radar love
We got a thing that's called radar love

On the sofa in my office - kidding, I live less than 2km from the office. It doesn't take long to get home.

I once had a bit of a bad back - and a hangover - and found a large empty conference room with a very large table in the middle of it. I lay down underneath and had a snooze. At some point about 3 people wandered in, sat down at the table for what seemed like hours but was only 20 minutes or so, I kept very still and tried not to breathe loudly. If discovered my plan was to act all dopey and sick and say I must have fainted. At some point they finished and walked out. I was a nervous wreck the rest of the day.

Problem with my napping on a couch in the office is I snore. I'd need a PA to ward off intruders.

I'm standing at one of those faux British pubs measuring the size of two closets, but I like standing with my pint and wood railings.

is the faux brit pub in Britain?

Whats the pub talk amongst the "man in the street or pub" about the election?

Nope - back home now mate. When I was over there, lots of anti-EU sentiment about pesky Romanians, Polish, etc. abusing NHS and other British socialism perks. Nigel Farage was quite popular but then he does his campaigning in pubs.

To get a sense of how big, there are only three or four hooks behind whoever is taking the photograph. Where that high chair is, that's the door.

Of course, the "world's smallest pub" is a load of bollocks because it has a patio area 6x as big on to the street and underneath there's the "real" pub.

I did an image search on him this morning (sartorial research as he had one nicely matched striped suit) and almost all of the results were him holding a mug at a bar. I guess that explains it.

He was trying to cultivate the everyman image. Given that Milliband was Oxford, Cameron was Eton then Oxford. And Clegg was Cambridge.

I broke my two day sobriety with three ryes and a scotch. Hopefully no one notices at dinner that I drank before I showed up.

joined this shit show 12 months ago to the day at the start of the Passaggio Cravatte scandal. how times flies. nice that the day was marked by a trainwreck.
