Stop wearing hats.

A client who I have known for years recently fell on some hard times and had his house foreclosed. He did what many people do in his situation, just ignore the problem while it ate at him. Foreclosure, to sheriff's sale, to complaint in ejectment. He was scheduled to finally be kicked out Jan. 27th. so he comes into my office yesterday with hat in hand. I put all my expertise to it and get a supersedes this afternoon at about 1PM. So he gets to stay in the house for at least another month or so. Hopefully longer, but at least the 27th date is not eating away at him.
TL;DR - When you get legal shit in the mail, don't ignore it. Talk to a lawyer right away.
Okay, we got a Ted Knight over here. You'll get nothing and like it.
This happened to me yesterday! My hat is super lucky!I found my hat again. I lost out coming out the back door of my flat and some neighbour laid it up nicely for me outside. Except now I'm mortified to wear it since it has been outside for a day. The last time I lost this hat was at my club and weeks later, unbeknownst to me, I walked by the coat rack and saw it hanging there.
Lucky hat.
You are a Torontoian?
Cleaned up my parents' home so they can return at the end of the month from their snowbird holiday.
I am going to finish up errands at the flat. I have the limo waiting at 1700. Flight is at 2000. I picked my business class seat to Germany. Because Munich has a pony airport I get an extra Sunday to adjust to CET on the company's dime. Taking carry on only - hope my tumi bag can hold it. Have to take the best kit as my bosses in Canada have arranged for me to meet the top executive in my area - one below the board.
Weight loss is slowly working - need to pick up momentum.
I shovelled my sister's driveway, then both of my neighbours. I feel like a good person.
I ain't shovelin' shit. I'm probably going to stay in town at a hotel tonight, then I'll have it plowed tomorrow. It's a fucking mess out there now.
I agree. I told God to stop the snowing but he is not listening to me.
Mixed news. I was supposed to go to a dinner tonight with people at the workshop but I didn't get out of my meetings with one of the top executives until 1900. Dinner was 1800 and they left at 1730. By the time I got a cab to the city centre with traffic it was 1930. Anyway, I walked around and got Uber back to the hotel.
Stupid really.
The good news - I worked on a 2017 strategy slide deck and one of my slides is on the wall of the executive floor in Germany. I was pleasantly surprised.
Did you offer some good rum?
Silly, you have to ask. You're not the boss of Him now.I agree. I told God to stop the snowing but he is not listening to me.
Hah, the blizzard was a fizzle but all the weenies stayed home. I'm pulling a fwiffo being the only one in the office. It turns out it's not the job that I can't stand, just the people.
Cheers mate. It's snowing here in Germany. Wettish snow so my hair's dishevelled. They salt and clear better here than in Atlanta though.
Some of the German women are hot. Some not so much. I was at a wine (not beer) hall last night and met a butch one who went on and on about meth, marijuana and heroine.
You have a barn?
I'm happy for tomorrow because I get to do breakfast with my boss at a swanky private club. I could potentially be bringing in $18,000 worth of photography for our studio which makes everyone happy.
What is that thing?I finally got the barn back into shape. After melting and evaporating 4-5 inches of ice that covered every inch of it as well as melting ice down to ground in and around the doors in the pastures.
took 6 hours last night to scrub it all down and get it ready for occupancy this morning.

Who was her heroine? Anne of Green Gables?
What is that thing?
Indirectly fired diesel/kerosine/fuel oil heater. A "Herman Nelson" is the old school name. You blow heat through flexible ducting. 350,000'BTU's per minute. 42 gallons and runs for 12 hours.
did you have to buy it? at current rate its a dozen bonafe mto boots or seven Adam Finns.
