Why Are You Pissed Off Today?

33c. 38c humidex.

Not only am I sweating like a dog if I try to walk my usual pace or carry something, but the humidity has my trousers stuck to my crotch or thighs so I can't quite run.

I have no idea how some men were buttoning their jacket. I saw one with a laptop bag and garment bag carrying them in the sun. I even saw a man with a double breast jacket, buttoned, tie on and a hot coffee in hand.

I have a few. I thought that Brooks Brothers Black Fleece I wore yesterday was light but obviously not enough.

All the time I kept hoping God I hope I don't end up being posted to Singapore.

When your superior overrides you right after you said to your staff you'll present the case upwards and stand by them. Why am I even here? My superiors can just issue direct orders without a useless buffer like me.
 
My landlord changed his mind last night and wants to sell again. Coming to photograph the flat on Thursday evening.

Also my parents are selling their house by August. Now I have two homes to vacate in Q3.

If you want to cook in a "microwave" place you can get an induction portable top here very cheaply. Single spot = around $80. And double not much more. Only trouble would be ventilation. 383 sq ft is bloody small tho - (you sure thats correct?)you wouldn't want to get a cat try to start swinging it!

Ventilation in my place is already poor. I would want an oven, though, to make roasts and bake or broil things.

Because property prices are at an all time high. Houses exceeded 1M and within the city are almost 2M so people have switched their buying sprees into flats. My staff had a 1 bedroom unit that in a little less than 2 years she made 250k-300k on it.

And of course if I buy it, how will I transfer to the Singapore office on a whim?

I waited 6 1/2 hours in a 5 hour service window for someone to fix the internet at this house. I got the service call waiting 1 hour on the phone between 2 call centres yesterday. No one bloody showed up and now I have to reschedule.

Turns out two of the used chairs dude has listed is marked 70% more than the new retail price from the manufacturer! He has real photos of his apartment too with multiple furniture items for sale. Dunno what troll interest possibility there is in this.

For once it would be nice if a woman I'm seeing tonight is on time and not running late, needing more time, or whatever else. For once it would be nice if she didn't delegate coordinating other people due at the event that we're late.
