Here you go, your two minutes of daily Trump hate from The Guardian, but wait, it's a fake news article on purpose, or is it?:

Now then, just because I am little bit quicker than you on that front....
He sets himself up for a fall there: "They don’t see history as a gradual march toward cooperation."
And there in lies the delusion of our time. That somehow, if we break down all national barriers, borders, ethnicity and race, whilst taking on Russia and China (oh those Nietzschean rotters!) we will all be getting along in the glorious Post-Enlightnment Project. Interesting no mention of the very proto-Niezschean problem of Islamic terrorism, I would have thought that an equal threat (at least here in Europe) to that of Russia and China.
People are different, countries forged by geographical, climatical and yes, different cultures have different needs and outlooks. This is one of the failures of the EU. A desperate rose tinted spectacle view that somehow what is good for Germany is good for Greece. It's also why our missions in the Middle East, North Africa and Afghanistan fail.
It worked for the US, didn't it? 50 states with different people and cultures uniting under one flag.
Let's not pretend China or Russia are geographically or culturally uniform either.
What makes you think that what worked for the US (let's ignore Jim Crow a remnant of the antebellum) will work elsewhere? Has Iraq taught you nothing? Like most Americans unfortunately, you're knowledge of Europe in general, and European history, in particular, is woeful.

Yeah, I'm as American as apple pie
Yeah, Britain's relationship with France is like Florida's relationship with Arkansas. Fuck the 1000 years of history.
European nation states ARE NOT the equivalent of US states.
Why the focus on the US? I mentioned Russia and China too. How about the Roman or Alexandrian empire? The one country per culture thing you adhere to is silly.
Also, the US is made up of both British and French states.

China and Russia have both had to repeatedly resort to brutal measures to keep their country united due to those same cultural divisions. Unlike China, we can't just sterilize groups of people or limit their birth rates to keep the country in balance. Unlike Russia, we don't have a Siberia to send away any rabble rousers.
You can either have a brutal police state or a loose confederation with a weak central government. The in-between will not work in a country as large and diverse as the US.
The speech was amazing last night.
Dems again showing their true colors
Bernie, Debbie, and Keith sat through the ovation during the honor of Navy Seal Owens, these pieces of shits need to be catapulted into space.

The tenor of some of these links you could be forgiven for thinking that the Americans had voted Beelzebub into office.
Obama's silent coup in action:

Fake news, anyone??? Talk about an evidence-free article.
The irony is so thick, you could cut it with a knife.
Neither the President, nor the White House, can ask for anyone to be wire-tapped. That decision, as I understand it, is made by the Dept of Justice/FBI etc, who must then ask for the request to be approved by a judge.
It looks as though Trump has been busily tweeting accusations against Obama based on the Breitbart article - good to see that he gets his intelligence from Breitbart and right-wing radio commentators, instead of from public servants who work in the actual intelligence community.
