Let us know how the bamboo performs
I thought about getting a shirt made from a bamboo mix a while ago

Oh and of course

I've got 3 or 4 bamboo shirts from Acorn fabric. Top Top breathable in hot weather. Doesn't wrinkle as bad as linen, but worse than wool on jackets.

The shirts end up looking like a verri slightly shiny Oxford cloth imo.

I didn't dare to order a bamboo jacket from master Oreo last time because I was afraid he wouldn't tolerate such igent tissue.

This is why I have to keep an eye on the forums, so I learn things like bamboo is igent tissue.

I had a Pal Zileri summer jacket in bamboo and linen which was excellent. What kind of temperature do you need for bamboo shirt material to be effective?

Thanks!

137 degrees (American). I'll leave the metric conversion to you.

To be serious, it really does well in humidity. Stays springy like mohair.

First SB full suit from Master Oreo. I think it looks damn good, but I feel the sleeves and trousers a little to long (1-2 cms max). Trousers are grown man's trousers. Not slim, not regular. Just how they should be for a man of my height and complexion. Forget the shoes, I put them so the length could be better assessed. This will be most formal suit (Midnight Fresco Mohair) so the next pieces will be more fun.

Bonus: Cactus.

I think it looks kinda El Corte Ingles rtw.

Is a mix of tons of styles but lacks of inner personality.

To avoid ruining your day, the good new:

It will look good on Spain due that 100% of people dresses poorly so will be
way over the rest.

I would have slimmed the trouser diameter around the hips, not condom fit, but tailor fit instead.

This way it looks like a rtw suit whose trouser fitted 1 size bigger, as Trump ones.

Where is Master breader Oreo cookies located? Milano?

The sleeve length is discreet and elegant, just showing a bit of the shirt (you could take off 0,5cm max). It's my prefered length. The pant could be shorten by one cm but no reason to give a headache. Overall it's pretty clean.

The lapel gorge seems a bit too high but it's difficult to judge given the fact your gf took a low-angle shot to make you more tall than you're in reality.

Seems you're sober tonight. Maybe it's time to unveil some o'mast names of your own. Did you ever hear of Michele Ruggero?

i'd like to get the suit scientists opinions on what the hell this is:

i'm guessing the chest is a bit too big to cause that dimpling in the front by the shoulder but i have no idea why one side of the back is so cockeyed and the other isn't.

Aristoi looks like he has disproportionately long arms but I still think the jacket should end at the the bottom of the thumb not the metacarpal. Rambs should've circled the back pant drape too, unacceptable for any suit much less bespoke. Pant length I think is ideal because when you walk they appear much shorter.

Via Chiaia 197.

I am confussed, is not the same address as Gianni Cacarruti shilled untailor with a name I do not remember at this time, but doesn´ sounds to me as a cookie?

Also his cut is way different to this one, maybe the wide trousers are of his style...

The shirtmaker who got bankrupted? Is that one? If not, I do not know him, I only know my job colleague the African who asks for 1 euro fratello on Via De Miglie, while I ask on the door of ING bank so the international cruise tourist see me once they land.

Maybe the back's just wrinkled and needs pressed, there's a problem next to the left armpit though probably excess fabric.

It is obvious that the client has been bodybuilding, gained weight, had his breast implants removed, broke both his legs and back ever since he commissioned this commission and is severely lacking importance.

Confussed don't be. The 197th is home to several tailors as well as a clandestine organ trafficking clinic. Many tourists never came out the building and the rare survivors won't speak. It's the inspirational basis for the next Hostel.

The chest has a slight drape, and the wrinkles on my left back are due to my standing position. In other pictures I took they aren't there.

As a yet unqualified suit scientist - I defer to the masters - but - I think you could have had the trousers a bit wider at the cuff opening - if your photo are accurate you are solid enough to wear a wider cuff well. I wouldn't have the trousers taken up just yet - if they are new and essentially unworn then after few wears they will come in under your rear a bit and behind the knees after sitting and it will make them a tiny bit shorter.

Just one.

The result is good for just one fitting. The second prova would have solve the little issues mentioned above.

My bespoke experience isn't big but I think a good tailor need at least 3 fittings the first time he met a customer to achieve a perfect result. The sartorial trip system doesn't let enough time to both the customer and the tailor. I'll skip the suit/jacket tailoring part for my next trip to Naples. A week is just too short. I'll order pants and camicie and that's all.

The bottom fronts shooting forwards and the slight opening of the vents is also consistent with this
Do you usually stand in a less erect posture?

Thanks. My schedule will be tight (one week in Naples with a 2-days break in Capri). I don't want to transform the trip into a sartorial marathon. For the moment hesitation predominates.

Let’s quit that boring tailoring talk
What is the plan for capri? Where do you stay, what will you eat?
